Ben surprised us this week by preparing a tasty salmon dinner and taking us to see Christmas Ships!
We drove to a park on the shores of Lake Washington and listened to live jazz music, ate cookies and drank cocoa and cider. There was a large bonfire to keep warm and santa was there handing out mini gifts. Then the Christmas ships arrived. The choir aboard the ship gave a 20 minute concert of carols to all on shore. It was especially nice as the evening was beautiful with a large moon and stars!
