Favorite activity of the day was our girls first roller coaster ride (we fluffed G's hair high and swapped her shoes with CC's thicker ones so that she'd be tall enough to ride). Grandpa, Uncle John and Meghan joined us and we squealed the first time round and raised our hands to the sky on the second loop! We also ate Pringles while waiting in line... a big junk food treat in our family! :)

CoCo, how's it possible that you're 5?
We love your creative creations, your joy of learning and knowledge, your adventurous spirit that will jump into a new activity, your dreams of being a zoo keeper or a veterinarian, your eye for beautiful things, and your thoughtfulness you show towards others. We are so very blessed to call your ours!

Thoughts On Body Image
Interesting links shared by Julie Church this AM.
Some thoughts by Opal Staff.
Margaret Lazarus’ film “BirthMarkings” explores our post birth bodies—and how our self-image—change after giving birth. “BirthMarkings” reframes the concept of beauty and motherhood, raises important questions about body image, and reveals the incongruity of western standards of beauty with the natural process of pregnancy and childbirth.
Happy Belated Easter!
Our Easter morning tradition is to collect flowers around our yard to create bouquets. We've done it in the freezing cold, the rain, the fog and now in the lovely sunshine!
Happy Easter!
