Pregnancy Discrepancies

I'm discovering that I'm not so sure who I am these days.  I feel a little lost amidst my identity.

1) Normally I like my drinks without ice (year round)... Now I MUST have ice!

2) Normally I dislike skirts... Now I'm in one almost daily!

3) Normally I love chocolate... Now (sadly) I haven't touched it in 9 weeks.

4) Normally I like reading to my girls... Now (due to nausea) I avoid it like a plague.

5) Normally I keep a fairly clean house... Now (quite honestly) you don't want to know.  :(

6) Normally I love summer and the sun... Now I seek shade always and dream of COOL fall days.

7) Normally I sleep like a baby... Now I'm up at least 2x a night and have insomnia.  Ugh!

8) Normally, I love PEOPLE... Now I'm super content to hang with my 3 favorite peeps.

9) Normally I love flip flops... TODAY I think I may have bought "old lady shoes" for the mere amazing comfort of the soft soles on my tired feet.  (I was the one soul under 55 in the store)

Larry Gets Lost In Seattle!

Graci received this book for her birthday last year.  CoCo kept asking about the various sites.  So last summer, we did some family touring of Seattle.  The kids loved finding the places in the book in our city!  Fun getting to know our city at a "younger level"!

 Fremont Troll.  CC found this especially interesting as we then showed her where she lived her first 2 years of life... just 3 blocks from the troll.

The only place we didn't get to last summer (and is top of our list for this summer) was Alki Beach.

Graduation From Preschool!

The graduation picnic was cancelled due to down pouring rain. Instead only the families of the 7 little "Kindergarten bound" students gathered at the preschool and had an intimate circle time. Each student received a certificate of completion with a magic wand and rock.  I just LOVE this place.

We've really grown to love our little preschool community.  We love CC's amazing teachers most of all.  We are so thankful to have joined them over this year and we'll greatly miss them next year!

Strawberry Party

Graci Is THREE!!!

She wanted a strawberry party, but supplies were hard to find in that theme.  So, we went with strawberry colors and I found a super cute strawberry sundress for her and she was happy as could be!  The crowd was small, but the celebrations BIG!

Happy Day!

 Thankful for another year to celebrate with my favorites!

They cooked a dinner, set the table so cute and CoCo very meticulously decorated my birthday cake!  Wonderful Day!

First Flight!

First time flying kites for CC, G and ME!

G also had a first flight but I don't have documentation.  However, the below photo was her exact facial expression of disbelief when the kite took flight!  She also lost hold of the handle and the kite chase was on!  I don't know who laughed more G or me?

Since first flights, CC gives us a daily report on wind!
